Mariam Zadeh, a native New Yorker and active trial attorney, relocated her litigation practice to Los Angeles in 2001. She obtained her L.L.M. In Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, and in 2005 became a partner with Jeffrey Krivis, a pioneer in the field. After 15 years of mediating litigated cases full-time, in 2020 Ms. Zadeh launched Mariam Zadeh Mediation. She specializes in mediating employment, class action, life, health and disability, bad faith claims, as well as catastrophic personal injury and commercial matters. Ms. Zadeh is highly regarded for her ability to appreciate and assimilate complex factual and legal multi-party disputes in an efficient yet sensitive manner.
